Alternatives is a really cool center in Central Phoenix. Alternatives houses several different services including: Classes, Chiropractic Care, Healing Therapies, Massages Therapy , Personal Training, and Seminars/Workshops . They have yoga, pilates, and bellydance.
Also, in the center you will find several other businesses: PumpCut Fitness, One Voice Community Center, and Opportunity Cafe.
It is a great place to get fit, and a great place to relax and have fun!
