The alternate number for this business is (480) 200-2000. It's really clever because it's the same as Discount Cab's number but with a 480 instead of a 602 prefix. The one and only time I called this company, by mistake, I might add, I was to get a ride to a friend's house in downtown Phoenix. The cab took over an hour to get to my house, and on the way to my friend's house he asked me where I was going and if I was going to a "guy's house or a girl's house." I told him I couldn't understand why he needed to know that and he said, jokingly I guess, he planned on charging me more if I were going to a guy's house. Not the most malicious thing in the world, but when I call a cab, and I'm drunk, I don't want to be hit on by the cab driver. This goes double when the guy is my father's age and the cab smells like someone's been squatting in it.
I do recall the fare being reasonable, though but at that point if the fare had been high I might have just told him to get lost.
