About Human Network Systems
Gordon has over 30 years post MSW experience in the social work field and founded Human Network Systems in 1984. He has extensive experience in guardianships, conservatorships, and working with the elderly and disabled. His past work experience includes Adult Protective Services, child protection, inpatient hospital social work, home health, and mental health crisis work. He is a past member of the National Board of Directors of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) and also of the Board of Directors of the Western Regional Chapter of NAPGCM.
Gordon is currently a member of NAPGCM, the National Guardianship Association, the Case Management Society of America and Colorado, and the Colorado Alliance of Geriatric Care Managers. He is certified as a Registered Guardian through the NGA.
Su has been a registered nurse for 37 years and a certified case manager since 1993. She has extensive experience in home health care, adult day care programming, and senior housing options, and has additional nursing experience in oncology and mental health. Su has been with Human Network Systems since 1992. Su is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) through the Commission for Case Manager Certification
