About Pilates Denver Studio
Pilates Denver offers the finest instruction in the classical techniques of the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning by Certified and highly educated instructors from the internationally renowned Pilates Studio, Inc. and Pilates Center of Boulder. All instructors have undergone very extensive Pilates training in the authentic or classical method and are also trained in additional evolved modalities. They are educated in anatomy and also have a deep knowledge of the body through their own movement experiences. They are excited and eager to teach you the most perfect total body workout...
Services at Pilates Denver include private and semi-private sessions and group classes on the Reformer and the Mat. Private sessions (one client with one Pilates Instructor) and semi-private sessions (two clients with one Pilates Instructor) offer an individually tailored workout utilizing the full system of the Pilates apparatus, including the Universal Reformer, Cadillac, Mat, Barrels, Chairs and Ped-o-Pul. Truly the best way to begin learning the Pilates Method. In our reformer classes, we teach a full body workout on the Pilates apparatus, the Universal Reformer.
We encourage small group reformer classes, only four clients maximum in a class, in order to maintain the quality of instruction and safety for our clients.
