Can Anyone Post About Me?  Um, ya. Absolutely, without a doubt and with no reservation. Everything is anonymous so you can expect that anyone – and we mean ANYONE – can post about you. When you read comments about you on Dbuz, rest assured, someone you know posted the comment. It’s anonymous so you won’t take it personally.   If there is something too personal simply click on Make it Private and no one else will be able to see it. 

Dbuz requires that anyone posting about you knows your email address so you may be able to figure out who’s writing about you… Ask yourself: who can it be and have some fun?

Why Claim My Profile?  Bottom line: if you don’t claim your profile, you have zero control over what is published about you.  Can you think of anything you want to hide? If you choose to register you have the ability to make 100% of comments written about you private. You decide what the world sees, while still giving yourself an opportunity for improvements based on feedback from people around you. 

Why are Postings Anonymous?  Well, the fun factor says that the mystery is far more enjoyed when we really don’t know who is writing things about us and we have to guess… Will you retaliate? Will you start an all-out war? Who’s secret’s do you know? Who can you out?

Studies show that when individuals don’t know who is actually behind the feedback that they receive, more emphasis is placed on the actual comment and not on who the person is giving the feedback. This means that members are able to easily discover ways in which they can improve themselves without getting defensive or feeling too important.

How do I Read Feedback about Myself?  Claim your profile to begin. Once you take control over your profile, you are able to see all comments that are written about you – the good, the bad and all that you don’t want anyone to find out about?

What if I Can’t Stand the Negative Comments that are Posted About Me?  Often when we receive feedback about ourselves, we disagree with some or all of what is given. Sometimes, we may even want to keep that feedback private, silently opting to take it in, process it and improving ourselves or just ignoring it all together. If there is feedback you would like to keep private, Dbuz allows you to hide 100% of the negative comments. Simply register for free and you will automatically be entitled to do so.            

How do I Post (Generic) Positive Comments about People I Know?  You have something you want to write about someone you know? Ha – don’t we all! Visit the Search, Read/Write tab and search someone you know by entering their email address. If they are not in the system, you will be prompted to add them to Dbuz, at which point you may choose to select one of the positive comments about them from the pull down menu.

You can also write original positive comments, join for free and Thank all those who helped you along the way. Make someone’s day, positive encouragement goes a long way.

How do I Post Negative Comments about People I Know?  Now we know you want to write about something that someone’s done? Can you find a character flaw? Can you write without getting caught?

If you would like to write negative comments about people you know, you must first register for free  before searching people you know by their email address in the Search, Read/Write tab. If they are not in the system, you will be prompted to add them to Dbuz. You may then write anything you like, It's free to write comments in negative comments section.  Please be responsible and help people around you improve themselves.

What if I Post Negative Comments in the Positive Field?  Don’t do that; don’t write negative comments in the positive field. Dbuz maintains a strict policy that helps ensure that all feedback is given in the appropriate categories and according to the site rules. Any member posting negative comments in the positive field will have their membership revoked.

How Do I Upload an Individual?  Oh it’s easy to get started, easy to get going. You can upload an individual when you know their email address. Visit the Upload People Tab, and follow the steps to enter their email address. The system will verify that they are not in the system already before adding them.

Can I Upload My Entire Contact List?  Woah, now we’re talking. Yes, you can upload your entire contact list if it is in CVS format. Export your contact list from your email client, visit the Upload People tab and follow the steps. You will be prompted to upload people individually or browse the CVS file. Choose browse, located the file and click Upload. Once complete, you may search each person individually from the Search, Read/Write tab and continue to post positive or negative comments, according to your membership level (see above for further information).
