This lamp has great size. I bought it to replace a lamp and use in additon to a floor halogen lamp to light a dark corner where my computer desk is. It is a three-way, so I can use it for mood lighting as well..it works so well that I no longer need the floor halogen lamp. And the quality is great too. Buy it you will not be disappointed. It can work in a lot of areas with the slim design and shade shape does not take much space on the table.
We recently remodeled, and added slate around our fireplace. These lamps are exactly what we were looking for. They look amazing in our living room.

It's very noisy and the remote control can be hard to use and doesn't have as many controls as I'd like. It's perfectly fine for a little kid though. :/ Buzzed for: Disney Princess DVD Player
